Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully prior to making a booking with Global Tours and Travels. By booking online, over the phone, via email, or in-person at our branch offices, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Agency & Services
Global Tours and Travels acts as an independent travel agency. We sell and arrange travel products including flights, hotel stays, tour packages, visa processing assistance, travel insurance, car rentals, and cruises on behalf of third-party suppliers. Your legal contract for travel products lies directly with third-party providers.
2. Pricing & Payment Policy
- Dynamic Rates: All quoted prices are subject to real-time availability, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and tax revisions until payment is made in full and tickets are issued.
- Promotional Fares: Special discounted fares must be paid within 24 hours of reservation to prevent automatic supplier cancellation.
- Payment Solutions: Payments can be made via credit cards or interest-free payment options (Gem Visa). Third-party financial terms apply.
3. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation
- Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of return with machine-readable capability.
- Visas & Permits: Travelers must hold valid visas (Australia, NZ, India, etc.), ESTA (for USA travel), or NZeTA/ETA electronic authorizations.
- Accuracy of Names: Booking names must match valid passports exactly. Name changes after ticketing incur airline re-issuance penalties.
4. Airport Departure & Flight Reconfirmation
Travelers must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to international departures (2 hours for domestic flights). Reconfirm flight timings 24 hours prior to travel date.
5. Baggage & Infant Policies
Baggage rules vary by airline. Infant tickets (10kg checked baggage) are non-refundable. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of no-show or post-departure.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and Australia. Disputes will be resolved in local jurisdiction courts.
